Technology The
perfected manufacturing technology and the use of highly sophisticated
machinery, with automation in every production process, make
the Incon IBC a product in the vanguard as regards quality.
The stainless steel tanks are manufactured with TIG welding
protected by inert gases and using the most advanced procedures
such as: the pulsed arc so as to generate the least heat and
the servo-controlled of the arc length, so as to obtain precise,
reliable welds.
The special purpose welding machines avoid manual tack-welding
which often cause defects and local oxidation. All welded
seams are treated with mechanical cleaning machines.
The MIG welding process for the support framework, in addition
to extremely accurate joints, ensures that a very precise
finished product is obtained, guaranteeing constant quality.
The logic of a product with such elevated features is also
applied to the exterior processing, carried out with the same
advanced methodological criteria, such as laser cutting and
numerically controlled punching.
